            1. Customer Services Officer
  • Deliver a professional check-in service at the airport, Hong Kong or Kowloon Airport Express Line (AEL) stations and designated check-in locations
  • Meet, greet and assist passengers at boarding gates, on arrival, during transit and at lounges
            2. Customer Contact Specialist 
  • Recommend travel products, fares and services and provide after sales support
  • Assist customers to reserve and adjust flight booking transactions
  • Guide customers to use our website - cathaypacific.com
  • Respond to feedback and general enquiries by phone, email or from the website, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Requirements
  • Permanent Hong Kong resident
  • HKDSE/ HKCEE (Level 2 or equivalent) in 5 NSS subjects including English, or above
  • Excellent command of spoken English and Cantonese (Conversational Putonghua is an advantage)
  • A passion for customer service
  • Flexibility to work shifts (includes overnight and weekend)
  • Outgoing personality and previous experience in the service industry is preferable
