CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER

Job Description
- Resolve all customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner whilst uploading the company's image using the CSM.
- Escalate complaints to respective departments to improve business process.
- Able to handle other channels like customer organizations, ministries, and social media.
- Continuously strives to develop and maintain guest rapport and manage individual performance and able to generate own performance report.





CORPORATE OFFICE AFFAIR OFFICER

Job Description
  • Responsible to operational vehicle and transportation, also providing airport pass permit
  • Assist, collect, record, control and monitoring all operational vehicle, taxi voucher, office supplies, postal courier, airport pass and permits
  • To assist in taxi voucher SOP socialization to Allstars and act as a champion while representing COA
  • To assist in non-shuttle fleet SOP socialization to Allstars
  • To manage and update data of non-shuttle fleets usage log book and fuel consumption
  • To control and manage petty cash for shuttle and non-shuttle operational cost and ensuring transparancy and accountability of petty cash usage every month
  • To receive taxi voucher request and arrange the distribution to Allstars
  • To record and recap taxi voucher usage
  • To record and distribute Air Waybill of postal courier service for Allstars, and liaise with Tiki, JNE and etc for data consolidation
  • To receive office supplies request and arrange the distribution to Allstars
  • To record and recap office supplies usage data for analysis purpose
  • To record and control all payment process from vendor that on COA control to finance dept.
  • To record/tagging, monitoring and control all IAA asset
  • Conduct periodical phisical check asset in all Hub and Station







CORPORATE OFFICE AFFAIR MANAGER

Job Description
  • Develop annual plan and budget developments for sub-department to align with department-wide’s strategy including ensue budget adherence to the approved budget
  • Lead SOPs development and amendment to ensure all SOPs align with business objective and regulatory requirement
  • Track operating progress and result against annual plan and KPIs to ensure targets are met; develop action plans as needed
  • Lead the identification of innovation and continuous improvement initiatives








DESKTOP MANAGER

Job Description
  • Check and monitor all desktops and  printers used in AirAsia Indonesia in order to ensure desktop and printer are inline with the approved standard procedures
  • Monitor all desktops and printers maintenance cost in order to ensure the maintenance costs used are the most effective and efficient one
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures related to the usage of desktops and printers used in AirAsia Indonesia
  • Monitor the stocks of desktop and printers used in AirAsia Indonesia
